IT Trainers

As an IT trainer, you’ll need skills in the design and delivery of IT training and will also need to be an expert in one of two areas:

• IT professional skills – covering technical training in C#, process skills like project management, applications such as SAP, and the various IT specialisations, including firewalls and anti-virus packages
• user skills – desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, internet browsers and company-specific applications

Responsibilities:

• To provide expert technical knowledge and conduct assessment to students undertaking technical training courses
• Participate and provide input in the design and development and deliver the technical training
• To shadow senior trainer in delivering advance courses
• Support in practical sessions
• Support, advise and motivate learners
• Keep up to date with professional and educational development within the sector and attend standardisation meetings
• Ongoing improvement of training materials to reflect changes and improvements in the product

DevOps Trainer

As a DevOps trainer, you’ll need skills in the design and delivery of the training and will need to be an expert in the following areas

• Cloud Technologies
• Infrastructure as Code
• Containerisation and Orchestration
• CICD Pipelines and Automation

Responsibilities:
